Big Daddy has so much in common with 
that this skin doesn't seem too far fetched. but in another sense 
could be a pretty awesome little sister with tibbers being Big Daddy as well. What do you guys think of this?

Plus if we get a Big Daddy Nautilus would he wield an anchor? I mean he has a drill so it wouldn't work quite right.
(Don't get me wrong love bioshock and Nautilus so I am in favor of this)

Why would they need permission from Valve????? Valve doesn't have any rights to bioshock. Irrational games developed it and 2k games produced it.

It's ok. Just remember if there is a 3rd game in the series valve didn't make it XD But Irrational Games shut down so i dont know who owns the rights to the bioshock franchise anymore. So depending on who owns it or if it is public domain riot may be able to make a skin like this. But it's probably as likely as Banjo and Kazooie ending up in smash.
