Create a custom game. Remove all runes and masteries, don't put in any other champions, don't buy items.. Practice CSing. Get as close as 100 (I think that's the max) by 10 minutes as possible, Repeat.

Doing it without items and masteries will make it so you when you do have everything back on, you'll have a buffer of sorts.

Do some practice in Custom Games. What I do to CS better is to hit the minions once and move around. When they get to about 10% health, I auto attack them and move on. If multiple of them are on low health, use your abilities. It's not like you're gonna spam them or anything

by practicing, there really is no other way

Pay attention to the number of projectiles that minions are firing before you hit your target. For example, when a cannon-minion is attacking a melee-minion, usually you will want to hit that minion after its 5th shot has been fired out, sooner if lots of other minions are also attacking the same minion, and I think it's after the 3rd hit if a cannon-minion is targeting a caster-minion. Beware of sudden target-switches that may throw off your last-hitting.

Beneath turret, usually the rule is let the turret hit melee-minions twice before attacking, and cannon-minions once before attacking. For really early levels, you may need to hit the cannon-minion once before the turret hits, followed by one more auto-attack, and on some occasions with certain champions where you're using scaling damage instead of flat, you also may need to do the same to the melee-minions (hit once, let turret hit them twice in a row, then another auto-attack right after the turret's second hit).

Here's what i did. Play Leblanc, once you master cs'ing with her (took a while) you'll be able to cs with anyone. Assuming you have a few games on the champion to learn the auto attack animation. The reason it works because she's got like negative 5AD and a slow attack speed/animation. So once you master cs'ing with that, you should have no problems cs'ing with most champions with the execption of some of course. But you need to miro manage the minions health see which one to attack, or having to aa cancle with something like Vaynes tumble to squeeze them both in. What's tricky is when there's 10+ minions on one.

Pick a champ that your really good at csing with and start from there. Also take runes if your not gifted.
