Needing help after a losing streak

I enjoy playing various champions in various roles, Vi, Twitch, Rumble etc, basically champions I enjoy, and I just can't seem to win any games lately. It's in normals and stuff, but I just seem to be doing worse then normal. When I play Vi I miss my Q, when I play rumble I miss my ult, and etc! I just can't seem to do as well as I normally do and it's irritating me! What can I do?

absolutely right. take a break. its amazing how even a simple walk can even clear your mind enough to help. go get some fresh air, go for a drive or take a shower/bath and read a bit.

Taking a break for a bit can definitely help. You should be able to remain sharp by doing a few stretching exercises (could easily help for some people) and getting a bit of a breath of fresh air. Even a few hand exercises can help you a bit if you seem to be misclicking a bunch or missing all your skill-shots.

Try not to focus on what you do wrong, focus on what you're doing right
