Gangplank Barrel Input [GAMEPLAY]

Roughly 25%-50% of the time in the practice tool, while playing Gangplank, there are times that I press E and nothing happens. Generally, its the after I place one barrel and I go to place another for a double barrel combo, it ignores my command and no barrel is placed, causing combos to be dropped. I also attempted to Q early and it seemed to be eaten. It was as if there was a delay after I placed the first barrel.

This was tested while minions were toggled off, and cooldowns were being auto refreshed, but It seemed to be possible to replicate without the cdr, with a ping of 50 ms.
