Gangplank Barrel Input [GAMEPLAY]

Roughly 25%-50% of the time in the practice tool, while playing Gangplank, there are times that I press E and nothing happens. Generally, its the after I place one barrel and I go to place another for a double barrel combo, it ignores my command and no barrel is placed, causing combos to be dropped. I also attempted to Q early and it seemed to be eaten. It was as if there was a delay after I placed the first barrel.

This was tested while minions were toggled off, and cooldowns were being auto refreshed, but It seemed to be possible to replicate without the cdr, with a ping of 50 ms.

Dude, I play Draven. While I was in a game. Every axe I would throw would take a minute to register and once it comes back and hits the ground, of course I would catch it. Still a second or so delay before the game registered it. You can compare it to having 150 ms ping.

The problem I'm describing is closer to commands being treated as if they've never happened rather than being delayed.
