You aren't even lvl 30 yet, it takes practice and experience to learn a champ. Here are some general tips but watch videos too: -E>W>Q is the standard combo -It gets more complicated after you get lvl 6 you can R>E>W>Q>R>R or if possible E>W>R>Q>R>R -To catch players off guard you can Flash>R>E>W>Q>ignite>R>R -Remember to use R and Flash to dodge CC or burst skill shots from champions such as annie, gragas, ziggs, xerath, vel'koz, etc.Vel'koz can kill you if you jump into his knock up, remember she is really squishy and a missed opportunity can mean your death.
Generally I like getting 
first so my combo would be R>E>(Dfg)>W>Q>Ignite>R>R, afterwards 
, 
, 
, and the last one being situational from defensive items (like 
) or 
if im not dying/getting caught out.
The rest is all about champion match out and learning on how to deal with them, I can go on a long list of what champions can do what to ahri, but she is generally a really squishy champion so almost anyone can kill/outplay her. Just play her often as you'd like mid and learn from experience.
Step by step guide:
- Press E.
- Pray that it lands.
- If it didn't, wait for cd and repeat step 1. If it did, proceed to step 4.
- Mash the keyboard.
- Hope the enemy dies.
- If they didn't go back to step 1. If they did, proceed to step 7.
- Type /dance or press ctrl+3 every time you have nothing to do.
- And... buy the ahri skin you want.
