Can this Cassiopeia work?

Can this build work for Cassiopeia? I just got her today and tested her in a custom. I don't do ranked matches at all (and have 0 interest in doing so), so please factor that in. Can she jungle, if I replace the Lich Bane with a Runeglaive? Her passive+masteries+Deathcap+Seraph's Passive gives her ridiculous AP on top of my 15 Magic Pen Boots and 20 Magic Pen Runes. The seraph's alone gives her 160 AP, in this build at level 18. Possibly 180, after 5.13. The Deathcap will also be gaining another 5%, so she'll total a 70% buff to her total AP from her passive, master and Deathcap.

She was able to melt the Ezreal I put her against and all of the jungle mobs, except Baron (which she got to 20% HP). I really enjoyed the ability to machine gun her fang while chasing Ezreal with the slow of Rylai's. Felt like I was playing a better version of Ashe. I feel like, if the enemy jungler tries to get in my face, I can let them hit me a few times (to ensure they face me) then ult and melt them... but I have no idea how well that'd work.

Since this was against bots, though, I didn't get a feel for how well she'd actually survive in laning or team fights, just her power potential.

Anyway, can this work? D:

Lich Bane isn't exactly ideal on Cass, when you poison an enemy, you're going to want to make the most of that time by spamming twin fangs, throwing autoattacks in between isn't the most optimal. This means the most you'll get out of Lich Bane is mana and AP. Other items that would work better are Morello's Evil Tome (mana regen, ap, cdr, and healing reduction), WoTA (spell vamp, ap, cdr), Liandry's (ap, health, magic penetration, and the passive health burn), Zhonya's (stasis, armor, ap), and Luden's (ap, movement, extra damage that goes with her spammable kit). These items have better utility and have stats that Cass can actually make use of.
