PBE Rylai's

I can't post on the PBE board, in the relevant thread. For people with access to the PBE, does it proc off of Heimer's normal turret bullets now, instead of just the charged blast? I ask because the new description says the slow will effect all summons. Do they even count as summons or are they just speaking of Tibbers and Malzy's Void thing.

This will put a wrench in their plans!
