Help Me Improve My Fizz

Would love some help from someone higher elo to improve my fizz. I've been maining him for a while now but could use some feedback from possibly just practicing a mid matchup and getting some tips on things to improve. Still only level 28 but I want to improve even more so when I hit 30 I can actually do well in ranked. I don't have any specific tips before seeing you play, but I'd practice a matchup with you if you'd like and give you tips based on that.

I love fizz too and I have one question: what do you max first? I usually go E, W, Q but I have seen people max any of the three first. I was just wondering what you think is best.
