The most important thing is to have fun playing the game/ your champion. If you've forgotten that and queue purely because you need a W you might tilt.

What I do is I play another game, or if not that, a dominion or aram game. The result of that doesn't matter. Or a normal game if you want. Pick the champions you like most.
