I have done it. Through intensive research and in depth analysis I have discovered the secret lore hidden behind the new champion Tahm Kench. You may think the river king is just a weird fish man who likes to eat, but his REAL identity is TAHM KEK THE DANK MEME KING.

How do I know this? Here is the proof.

CLUE #1: His name.

The name riot released was Tahm Kench. Look into that closer. It already has the first two letters matching. Taking those aside we are left with three letters. The illuminati's presence can already be found in this champion, but aside from that the letter in the middle of those three is a C. C makes the same sound when pronounced along as K. So there you have Tahm KEK confirmed.

CLUE#2: His face.

Just look at his face, specifically his smile. What does it remind you of? That's right THE TROLL FACE. Also consider he can eat allies. This will no doubt be used by that one friend we all have to troll us and mess up important team fights.

CLUE#3-1: The River King

This clue has multiple parts to it. His title is the River king. What are rivers filled with? Water. What happens when water gets on stuff? The stuff gets wet. Wet similar to damp or DANK.

At the bottom of the reveal page right above where the comments are there is a notice asking people to share their thoughts on leagues munchiest champion. Munchiest relates to having the munchies. You get the munchies from pot. This champion is confirmed to #420 BLAZE IT.

CLUE#6: Scuttlegromp

One of the very first comments has riot employee ZenonTheStoic referring to Tahm as Scuttlegromp the champion. This means that this champion is the combination of the great and holy gromp, son of Urgod and lord of all league and the omnipotent scuttlecrab, master of jukes and the most important objective in league of legends.
