Thresh is a ranged champion

He isn't melee. He isn't long distance melee. He isn't sometimes melee. Thresh is just ranged.

These videos show me using Thresh's mystical and mythical melee basic attack while behaving as any other ranged basic attack would Thresh with relic shield - the execute does not work Thresh with tiamat - Cleave and Crescent do not work Thresh with runaan's hurricane - passive bolts do work

Stop with the bug reports! This is intended behavior. The execute is melee only and Thresh is a ranged champion. Thresh can still get the heal/gold by last hitting normally.

No, you didn't. That is probably (most definitely) Flay's passive hard at work.

But the execute used to work on Thresh!

So what? Thresh's basic attack doesn't produce a projectile so it can't get blocked. He is still a ranged champion.

Sorry to hear that you've been exposed to misinformation and wholeheartedly believe those claims. Thresh is, without a doubt, a ranged champion.
