I could use some help on deciding whether I should take

magic pen marks and AD quints

magic pen marks and AP quints

Armor pen marks AP quints

Armor pen marks AD quints

Any help is appreciated

Depends what you want. My jungle shen page is : AD marks, Attack speed quints, armor or scaling health seals, mr per level glyphs or mix in some cdr glyphs too.
