Is Jinx still ok to get after her nerf?

unless AOE rocket crits suddenly became bad and her ult can no longer execute from long range....

yeah she's fine

Unless her late-game somehow got magically gimped when the numbers scale into the same late-game.

Or her having a toggle ranged AoE crit + range is bad.

Or a long-range harass is bad.

Or Chompers are bad.

Or global %hp ults are bad.

That nerf is not live yet.

Jinx will be fine after these Q changes. It is to turn down her early game because she was designed as a late game Hyper carry. But when being able to get a double kill and then turret at lvl 9 right away, she can reach her late game really early. At lvl 16 her Q will feel like normal and at 18 she will have 10% more than currently. Her rockets are still the exact same thing though it was only a change for her Minigun
