smart camera?

Recently watched Athene's new video on how to play better at league.he was talking about smart camera, I have never heard of this option before.

I know of locked cam and unlocked came, but he seems to be talking about something called semi locked cam?

anybody able to elaborate more?

It's a feature that was new in 5.4. Look for it under the locked camera options in settings.
