Why do some people go AD Teemo when Splitpushing?
I mean AP Teemo with Runaan's Hurricane is better than an AD Teemo with Runaan's Hurricane right? (Including Toxic Shot.)

Stray Kat1 votesI'd guess it's because AD takes turrets faster(Usually). Otherwise, with an AP build you can buy the AP Elixir and add 25 True damage per attack on turrets, but that's still not as fast as a AD build usually.
