Is Talon worth maining?
I just bought talon but I am not sure if he is good for solo queue.

if you like him and have fun with him, then yes.
why be a talon when zed exists i guess...
Talon can oneshot anybody in the game. Zed can't
well take in Talons passive.... get exhaust or in game items with a slowing effect.. blammo. unstoppable.. also it helps that hes w and e have slowing effects. and q has that small bleed. and yea.. im not a pro talon but thats how i think of him. good choice if you can get good scores with him.

Coming from a Talon main
Yes.
He has really no hard escapes except his R, but his E does damage amplifications so engage with E and just spam combos until you hear "A Summoner Has Been Slain!" His passive allows you to do 10% extra AA damage if a target is slowed, stunned, immobilized or suppressed. Your W and E slows.
He's less tricky to play then Zed, but has a weaker laning phase imo. Just play it safe and go for kills when you're ready to commit.
I just started playing Talon, and I've dominated with him in normals. I'm curious if I should play him in ranked or not. (I was only Silver 1 last season though so it might be okay)
Talons passive is ass. Just ignore it . It only does 10% more damage on AA' so even with a cirt with ie when you have 400 AD you will only be doing 100 more damage. his passive is ass so dont even bother with it.
I main Talon and hold a 70% winrate with him in ranked and he is awesome but, easily countered the higher you go. I noticed it getting harder and harder to get out of the laning phase as I started playing with plats and golds. They know how to abuse his shitty lane phase.
Look at my match history. If you get the right build and runes set up he's easily worth maining and dominates the solo queue scene with his ult that has a 30-40 second cooldown versus zed's 50-1:20 ult cooldown. And its a better teamfight item.
