I really want to get kha'zix but getting IP takes to long. Any one know how to get FAST IP??? :D

After 4 years of playing, I'm still missing about 8 champs (but I do have 10 rune pages and I have like almost 160 days played). There really is no fast way other than to play a lot of games/buy boosts. Winning gets you more IP and always get your first win of the day to get more IP
