switch skin;same price;on same champion.

Hi, i was just thinking of switching my SKT1 Lee sin skin to a pool party lee sin skin. I bought SKT1 lee sin by mistake because of my friend and i have no more refund point, i was just wondering if riot can switch my SKT1 skin to pool party at least once. I really love this game and i main lee. So i just want to ask if it is possible to switch my skins because im sure switching skins that are the same price wont hurt and its ** just this once**, i wont abuse it. Thx riot!
