So far silver 1 is such a pain in the ass to get out, I try warding the map (thanks for limiting the wards up to 3 riot), i try all i can to protect my carries, but no matter what i do i always lose.
Do i really need to give in and play meta supports like leona and thresh?
btw i play janna/taric/blitz.
Do you need to? No. Should you? Maybe.
Things that guarantee easy kills and flash burns are always going to help you get someone fed and end the game, but the team itself has to WANT to end the game. I was a 10-1-10 Annie Support in one game but no one wanted to end the game and get towers, so the enemy came back, worst feeling in the world. Support's can only carry as much as the team wants to win. Play what you're good at, what can make plays, what can save your team, and cross your fingers.
