What is the current "God Tier" for ADC's in this Meta?
Title.
Is it still Lucian/Trist? I've been seeing a lot of Vayne, Caitlyn, Ezreal, Graves, etc. Being played lately.

God Tier: Lucien tristana Note: both have recently been receiving nerfs and may actually be hovering around the top of Tier 1
Tier 1: (Kog'maw) - only good in the right hands, for picking him up or general players he's Tier 4 or lower corki jinx caitlyn
I think vayne would be top of tier 2. Graves, ezreal and Draven are tier 2 as well.
They're all so similar it really doesn't matter.
Who are the people saying "still lucian/trist?" They obviously haven't been playing in a long time...because trist rarely sees high elo play anymore.
Lucian is still the best ad carry for laning phase, but he has a hard time carrying a team, simply because he is so commital late game. However, because of his early game strength, he's still a highly contested ad carry in high elo.
Corki is probably the second most popular ad carry other than Lucian. His laning phase is decent (he can lane vs lucian alright), and he can almost never be zoned from a teamfight because of his long range missiles. He does have the potential to carry a game much harder than lucian, but he is slightly weaker than lucian in lane.
Jinx. Jinx is probably going to see play in the near future. She is hypercarry status, but relies on her passive for mobility. She can lane vs Lucian, and does pretty well in every other matchup as well, so I have a sneaking suspicion that she will be seen in the near future.
Graves is on the rise as well, more so than Jinx. He is an extremely good duelist, and has pretty good burst and wave clear. He can snowball pretty hard as well.
Sivir is another ad carry on the rise. If you have the mechanics to pull it off, she has hypercarry status, after like 3 items. It is extremely hard to zone her out of a fight (similar to Corki), except that with the proper mechanics she does 2x more damage than Corki especially vs tanks. Her ultimate is also amazing for her team and allows her to control the one thing that most ad carries can't control: initiation.
To sum it up:
- Top Tier ADC's right now: Lucian and Corki
- ADC's that are on the rise: Graves, Jinx, Sivir
- Solid ADC's: Caitlyn, Ezreal, Kogmaw, Twitch, Vayne
- ADC's that don't see much play: Ashe, MF
