Loading Screen Ideas

Okay so with League of Legends being a free game everyone has access to it, which means anyone will not be afraid to download it and play it so people with good computers and people with horrible computers will get League. I personally hate waiting for others to load in, it's annoying to be fully loaded within 10 seconds and wait 5 minutes for someone to load in and have nothing to do....

So, my idea is to have:

1. Animated Loading Screen: We have something to look at, whether it be just the champion portraits moving or something happening in the background because a black screen is pretty boring...

2. Have either links to click on champion portraits and it play a video on how to counter them or other information on that particular champion, it could possibly open the Wiki page for League of Legends? Something at least. (This isn't a bad thing either because ALL of this information can be brought up on the Internet)
