Jungler Help Needed

So I've gone through a couple of bad ranked games today: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1714325545/203289894?tab=overview as mid Diana and http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1714490861/203289894?tab=overview as Vi, my best jungler and main.

The second game went poorly on the basis of all of the lanes having connection issues, and our Kha'Zix mid rage-quitting as a result. You'd probably argue that it was a lost game from the start. But it also got me thinking: I tend to do better as a jungler when my lanes are at least doing okay without my interference. Does it make me a bad jungler if all of the lanes perform poorly before I can even get into a position to gank for them?

Additional info: I finished season 4 at the bottom of Bronze 4, and stopped playing ranked for a few months. Got Vi afterward, sometime in December. My win rate with Vi for this season is somewhere in the 60% range if LoLDB is accurate.

In my opinion your job a a jungler is to gank when you see a chance to and to control there jungler. If there jungler has ganked top 3 times and your tops losing and you havnt shown once then yes its your fault. If there jungler has not ganked top once and your top is losing then no it is not your fault if they lose lane 1v1
