Okay so I need new Champions to use for Top.

I would love to know how difficult and easy they would be? and some tips for each of the ones i want to learn to play. Please help me I'm still a noob and wanting to do rank team soon.
Jarvan. Bullies certain lane matchups hard with E+Q. Can build full AD and play like an assassin or go tanky with a Hydra/cleaver for strong engages. Can be traded to jungle if counterpicked top (like vs a Vladimir), and fits most comps.
His laning phase is a little different to learn, and he has decently high mana costs. But once you get used to him he can destroy certain matchups and carry hard.
You might also consider liss, her good wave clear and harass allow for a hard lane for the enemy and she has a really long gap closer/escape
In my experience, you should practice and play champions you love. Try to have some variety of course and try to limit the amount of champions per lane/area to 5. Otherwise your champion pool will be too big and improving will be more difficult. As of now, I do not see any AP tops in your top lane pool. This is important in the instance your mid laner might go AD.
Ideas for AP tops: 
You should definitely include one, it's just too important. Besides, look at the selection! :o it's up to you.
If I have a tanky jungler or support on my team (or both), I go 
top.
...well, even without the tank on the team, I'd still go top. It's too funny. She's really good against champs like 
etc., though Jax hurts a lot when he hits, and Quinn has very low HP as it is. She's also great at pissing off 
and denying him stacks.
I tried her with the new 
and it was surprisingly very effective.
