"Unorthodox" top/junglers
Can anyone recommend some good but not really used champions for top and jungle? Things like Annie top, twitch jungle, etc. thanks!

Rammus top is a pretty decent counterpick.

Jungle is kind of difficult right now since even orthodox junglers are having trouble. You can probably go for AD Malzahar jungle though, he's a little gimmicky but can be really powerful (or a bit lackluster).
akali, ezreal, lucian, karma, nasus, ryze, twisted fate jungle.
udyr top is pretty fun, along with skarner and warwick with smite (look it up, foxdrop did a video on it).

Voli isn't so much unorthodox as he is unpopular right now, but he's fine in the jungle and can be beastly top lane. Just make sure your team has a more reliable initiator or that the enemy team isn't immune to people who run at them.
AD Leona top, it sounds crazy but it works REALLY well. You just have to play her like Irelia or Alistar top. It's really tricky playing AD Leona top. As for jungle, she's a really really strong ganker. My only problem with AD Leona jungle is though she has high base AD, all of her damage is in her Q auto combo. I've had times where I almost died to a camp or had to back because 1: my abilities were on CD, 2: my health was like under 300, and 3: I haven;t begun to build any primary damage items (i.e Trinity Force).
Poppy, for both positions, she is unorthodox in the sense that she has never been meta for any position.
She wrecks the new jungle by the way.

It's conditional, but AP Varus could do well top lane. His blight deals % health damage, and since many teams send a melee tank top he could be a great counter. Never tried it myself, just been brainstorming with some friends where AP Varus would be effective.
I play Karma top a lot. I build her tanky most of the time. Rod of Ages, Boots of Swiftness, Iceborn Gauntlet, Randuin's/Sunfire Cape, Spirit Visage, Locket of the Iron Solari/Banshee's Veil. Galio top works great with the same build, as well.
