ok well one of the champs i hate the most is vayne because she does % health in true damage so i was wondering should i build armor or health or a mix thanx

She deals % maximun health damage not true damage. Maximum armor with attack speed slows and no extra HP is best. 
will only make her W proc deal more damage. 
is hands down the best and 
second imo.
Contrary to popular belief, armor and health are still great stats against Vayne because even with her W the majority of her damage is still phyiscal.
Frozen Heart is an exceptionally strong item against her, but outside of that Randuins and Sunfire/Cinderhulk is still a great purchase.
as someone else said, yes vayune does a shit ton of true damage but most of it is still physical
the way to stop both is buying high armor low HP items and slowing her attack speed
FH and omens stack for a 40 attspd debuff
Fighting her is indeed like boxing with shadows. I always recommend 
(pink upgrade.)
Just save it for when she uses ult, and drop it right then and there. I can't promise you'll win every time, but at least you were able to fight back.
This is probably dead, but to clarify my comment I guess I should've said "The true damage dealt is based off a percentage of the enemy's maximum hit points". make more sense?
