Stuck in a Finished game

i finished a game and then my league crashed so i opened back up my client just for it to say im in a game so i clicked reconnect and it opened up the game but just with a black screen so i closed the clinet and tried again it still said im in a game so i went to a 3rd party to check if im in a game op.gg says im not currently in a game im now stuck in and out of a game and i cant start another plz help

hey guys thanx for the help ima just keep this post up till morning so others know its a big problem and riots trying to fix it :D

Just won a ranked game and now it doesn't count, such BS

Same here. I was on a promotion series, our adc disconnected, but we still won that game 4v5 with awesome top, mid, and support. After the victory there was no response on the waiting for stats screen, so I skipped it, found out Rito disabled queue so I logged out.

Now when I'm trying to log in, I'm stuck on the game crash reconnect screen, on a game that was finished.

I really wanted to know if:

If I still get that victory.
Can I see the ID of the players I just played with, even if I don't get the win, I want to duo with them.

Same thing hopefully the game counts since it was played all the way through.

Yup Didn't win my series due to this issue. Had no issues throughout the game. Once the game was over it crashes. I couldn't relog without getting the same thing as you. Now my last game didnt even count, no match history or even ip gains. this is some bullshit. item 3070 Xerath

I was starting a game and it got all the way to 0 "preparing game" and the game never loaded for about 5 minutes before we all left the chat then when I tried to log back in its telling me to reconnect but nothing is happening

Same here, got a ranked win and it ended and got stuck at waiting for stats. I log out normally and try to log back in and I get the "You left a game. click to reconnect." My issues.

Is that going to count as a win? I really want that win.
Does this mean it will count me as leaving/AFK from a ranked game and take away LP?

This is currently happening to me as well. I did some research and found that this is a Ghost Game and your game should be back to normal in a few hours.

had the same yesterday left the game no game was recorded . not even a loss forgiven not even a match history. nothing 60 minutes of my time vanished poof no ip no lp nothing. just 60 minutes stolen from me 0 wins 0 loss but u know rito.

Im stuck too. I just finished a game that our enemy team surrendered to but somehow the game is not in my history and it didnt register and now im trying to queue up but it's not letting me saying Im currently assigned to another game

It's called a "ghost game" or something or other. Happened to me, you gotta wait an hour or two for the server and your client to sync up again. Everything should be fine, but the wait is kinda annoying.

The official server status website says that Riot disabled all ranked queues then all queues, it's probably because of that. I am stuck as well, after one hour still cannot access the store, profile etc.

Same for me as well, not sure what the problem is. We lost a game, go to leave to start new one, it forced me to skip waiting for stats, then instantly popped up and said reconnect while i'm not in game. I followed the same steps as you and nothing worked. Game is r borkened ):
