For some reason this last post got removed for being in the wrong sub section (champions in gameplay) and I got told to put it in tips and tricks , so here we are.
I can play EVERY other role
with ANY other champion (that I own at least)
But, for some reason I just cant play 
well.
Some people can't play 
because they are used to playing champs that can assert their strength in lane. They just can't adjust to a mindset that involves acting like a complete bitch and avoiding all possible combat and focusing solely on farming.
Mindset means a lot.
She takes a bit of practice. 20 games or so and you should be fine.
probably terrible at positioning and knowing damage out puts because that is vayne in a nut shell
We all have those champions that don't work for some reason (it's why I'm "not allowed" to play shyv anymore). Nobody's perfect.

As Mye pointed out; everyone has those champs that just don't work for them. Mine is Leblanc, my brother's is Sona. shrug I really suggest not worrying about it, it it clicks it clicks, if not then... it doesn't.
If yr set on playing vayne well, you could probs get over that block by spamming the shit out of her in your games.
Yeah if you don't think about 1v3 - 1v5'ing all the time I don't think you are meant to be playing Vayne.......
