Go! I've mastered her kiting (as much as you can in 9 or so games) but I do no damage and feel like a fly trying to kill a rhino.

So Bt -> Pd is good. Use your spear to ensure a reset on rend for you before an engage. I had a much better game after doing bt first, better cs better kda.
I usually rush vampiric scepter and then I build hurricane, then I build bt, then I build statick, then I build Bork, and then I get GA. Boots after hurricane by the way.

lifesteal works on all procs of hurricane BotRK passive procs on all hits of hurricane
idea is to be a kiting lifesteal carry so that you heal any damage you take immediately. boots sooner is better than boots later because the attack speed gives you damage and more importantly the extra jump distance keeps you a lot safer.
