i just cant stop this, i'm on my 8th loss already

every game either i get super fed but my team mates fell behind, or i get super behind and cant do anything about it

i feel like when i play a champion, i deal no dmg at all ( except ryze, cause he is broken atm ), but when someone plays him, suddenly they deal a million dmg out nowhere ( there was this game that i was playing as shiv and despite all my efforts i couldn't do anything for my team, meanwhile on my next game i was playing as yi but suddenly the enemy shiv, with only devourer + cutlass could instaburst everyone, meanwhile, i had devourer and bf sword and i still couldn't dmg her at all.. )

i tried to splitpush one game as well and ofc it didnt went well..

there was even one game where we were almost finishing the game but my teammates decided to suicide at fontain, leave only me alone to try to get the nexus, but ofc there was a adc teemo backdooring..

i honestly have no idea what to try anymore..

its called tilt. take a break and come back with a fresh mind or you will always feel like its your teammates fault and you will lose because you make bad plays.

take a 1 day break. play something else, wash the dishes etc. when u're on a losing streak u got a negative mindset and u'll keep doing badly.

8th straight loss is nothing compared to my 14 straight losses. It gets depressing, but after a short while of time, you'll learn to pick yourself up if you love this game.

It won't just stop just because you stop playing for a day. The idea arises from the assumption theres something else clouding your mind that is preventing you from playing your very best, thus you should take time off to take care of that.

How you try to win the game which resulted in the loss doesn't matter. Its in the past. Learn from it and move on. Its just a game.

1. Stay calm- when you get worked up your brain goes to mush as you think with your amygdala instead of your forebrain. This video explains the phenomenon much better than I can and is worth a watch:

2. Focus on yourself- Forget about the feeders, simply focus on what you can do in a game. Lets say you're in bot lane but mid lane is feeding. It will do you no good to play poorly because you're focused on what is happening in mid lane. Ignore other factors and focus on yourself, checking tab every 30 seconds will just stress you out.

3. Play normals until you get out of your slump- Ranked is a bad time to go on a losing streak, do some draft pick until you get over your slump so you don't bleed LP as you try and recover.

4. Listen to some music in the background- I am not sure about everyone else, but personally I have a laptop I sit next to my computer and I will have a movie or some music going so that I don't get tunnel vision on the game. A little bit of distraction can actually help your game.

You can always check the post-match details at the end of the game to compare your runes/masteries to theirs. If it's no different or worse, then what strategies are you using to get as much damage in a trade as possible? Are you using a skill AND auto-attacking, or just landing a skill? How many minions did the enemy have on their side while they were attacking you? Those minor details actually make a difference in how much overall damage you get off to an enemy.

I feel you man. I'm in the middle of a 2 wins out of 11 games right now. I was so close to silver too. I'd just try and play normals, and get yourself on straight and do well in those. If you aren't in Plat or above you won't lose any LP for being inactive for ranked.
