Lucian is probably the most friendly adc when it comes to new players. Ezreal is all skillshots, which if you don't hit, you may as well just auto your enemies to death and vayne requires better knowledge of positioning and dueling potential. I mained Lucian for a while and he's a lot of fun to play, whilst not being too punishing to new players. His double tap also makes it a little easier to cs
i think you should buy vayne as she's now one of the best adcs in the game ( in late game ) , lucian is a great champ but he has the lowest win ratio and ezreal needs practice to land everyskill shot but once you do it he's op as fuck ( im talking ap ez here) ad ez isnt that great.
