I've finally got 6300 ip (again) and what wondering who I should buy

In the title I meant "best" btw.

Zed, Jayce, Vi, Jinx, Kha'zix, and Thresh. Kha'zix is my favorite.

Kalista, Ahri, Kat, Zed, Jinx, Xerath are all strong but may be nerfed soon.

If you learn to become a thresh god you can literally do anything. You can take him anywhere and do well, except maybe jg (his clear is really mana hungry and slow as fak). Top you just build tank/damage. you can go AD or AP. AD is better for 1v1's but AP makes your ult really strong for team fights and you can always just build tank due to his massive utility anyway. Mid is the same as top or you can build assaassin with full AD. ADC Thresh is possible and obviously support.

I'd suggest Riven. She is an AMAZING champion at only 4800 ip. She scales extremely well, has high dmg, lots of mobility, and some cc. Just to warn you, she does have a high skill cap. Good Riven players excel, while mediocre Riven players don't do so great.
