To break or not to break.

So I had a really frustrating 2 days weekend, upon seeing I was having the "one more game, I can't finish on a bad note" mind set, and not really getting net LP , I'm starting to think I need to give my self a break to prevent a burn out.

My only concern is that stopping feels like not practicing and I won't get better without practicing. Any suggestions?

There's stopping, and then there's giving yourself a few minutes to clear your head. I recommend the latter. Take a walk around to get the blood flowing, grab any food or drink you might want, maybe even do something else for a bit, and then come back. I do this after every loss if I'm not in a premade, and even then I sometimes take a minute or two afterward. It might not be the best system, but I've never felt close to burning out.

If you find yourself on a loosing streak, play some Arams, have fun and get your mind off ranked. Once you go back to ranked your mind will be refreshed.
