been matched with a lot of bad teams i keep losing and losing and my mmr gets worse and worse leading to more bad teams what do i do?

if you cant carry the baddies you probably where you need to be until you can, focus more on improving rather than focusing on how bad your teammates are.
you play the freelo champs like Riven, teemo, and some other ones that i dont know about and climb that way
You my good sir are fucked. When I duo with my friend who is silver I do fine and I dont feed. While in bronze I do good but my teams suck and I lose.
You have to work on your item builds. Not sure why you rushed maw on zed. You're also playing so many high-skill champions.
