hey riot can we remove the crit damage reduction from yasuo's passive since u put it in randuins omen which gets built every game by tanks and now knowing it reduces crit chance every time a tank will build it just for yasuo. so when yasuo buys a infinity edge and enemy buys randuins its like yasuo didnt build infinity edge and has his crit damage reduced by 10% which hurts for a champ that relies on crit. @CertainlyT where u at man we need ur help :( gotta support one of ur best champs

This is a nerf to all crit-based champions, it's not intended to hit Yasuo specifically harder. The thing with Yasuo is he's supposed to crit very often, but not as potentially hard as other people who have less crit chance. If they gave him his 10% crit they'd have to remove the double crit chance on his passive too, or it would be unfair to other crit-based champions.

For example Regular adcs wouldn't feel it when they buy infinity edge but when yasuo does he still feels this so I think it's an indirect nerf to him

It is an indirect nerf to him, as well as every other crit-based champion. He isn't supposed to crit as hard because he crits all the time, I'm 100% sure this is intended.

Jokes aside, his Ultimate helps aliviate his issues against that item. It is annoying, but i feel Ashe is hit harder. He still seems to be in a good spot tho.

Well, you are not really supposed to shred through tanks. While you are right in that his damage takes a massive hit against these champions, i do believe he can still manage well enough, especially with his Ultimate, Ruined King and/or Last Whisperer.

i dont easily shred throught tanks it takes a bit of time i feel having the crit and just buying more defensive items would be good or more lifesteal or trying to get a 100% crit chance would be better
