Draven is probably the last one you want to play as when learning the ADC role. He's not played very much because of how difficult his "mini-game" is. You have to have a strong understanding of positioning, trading and CSing just in order to go even with him. But he snowballs harder than anyone else and is one of the 3 hypercarries in the game (Kog'maw and Vayne are the other 2).
Ezreal is one of my better ADCs. He's whats known as an AD caster. He rides on his abilities for dishing out the majority of his damage. So when he runs out of mana he becomes much weaker than the other ADCs. He isn't bad early on but falls off late game. His ultimate has a short cooldown that shortens further with each target you hit with any ability while it is on cooldown. Its not a split pushing tool but has poor waveclear without building in some AP. He's not horrible but in relation to all the other ADCs his late game strength is very near to the bottom of the list.
Jinx is quite good at trading. Even with her most recent nerf she is still top tier ADC and super simple too. She has a strong early game and an even stronger late game. She is arguably the best at besieging towers. Her wave clear isn't bad either. Her ultimate is a global AOE rocket so its great for team fights even when she's not in the area. Her only downside is how she lacks an escape when her passive isn't active. There's not much she can't do to be honest.
Lucian is also very good at trades. Right now he's a middle-of-the-pack ADC in terms of strength. He's mobile and bursty and just like Ezreal is an AD caster. Lucian is fairly good at chasing down a kill and can, with practice, be a great kiter too. His build is pretty weird in that he gets lucidity boots paired with youmuu's ghost blade and blade of the ruined king. Lucian's downside is his range so his early game isn't that great when he gets matched up against ADCs with superior range (Caitlyn, Varus, Ashe) but otherwise he's pretty solid all game round.
