How to get out of low level cancer

I come from dota 2 (with 2.5k mmr) and I recently got a new laptop. Unfortunately it cant run dota 2 so im stuck with this. I main support in League of Legends and im level 7 ATM. Whenever i go into games it always people who have no idea what their doing, like they've never played the tutorial and their just awful. Me being an above average player in dota, to this... I cant possibly win enough games to get out of low level as soon as possible. Some help would be appreciated.

Don't main support if you want to carry your team consistently. Even the best support gets dragged down by a bad ADC for half the match, so run jungle/mid/top. And you're level 7, of course the people around you don't know what they're doing.

Even if they did, it wouldn't help. Not with that tutorial....

Yeah, they are going to be bad, they haven't played a MOBA before. Don't worry about it; just play and get a feel for the different champions. And anyway, pretty soon here, you are going to start getting matched with players who got their first account banned, smurfs and what-not so you will be getting some decent competition pretty quick.

Off-topic: I don't why you are not playing Dota2 instead on your desktop that could play it since that's what you seem to want to be doing, but whatever.

xp boosts. if you buy both boosts a win should get you about 500 xp. Even at level 30 you have to realize it'll still be like bronze/silver and the players won't be good until you play a ridiculous amount of normals and get your mmr up. I also thought 3k was average so wouldn't you be like average-below average..? Edit: Im looking at your match history seeing all these smurf accounts going like 5-5-2 against level 5s lmao.

You're not gonna carry any teams as support before level 30. They are just too stupid. I'm not even joking.

If you want to "support" and actually win, play a burst mage or assassin type. You'll be wasting your time getting Thresh/Blitzcrank... unless you build them as pure damage and not support at all.
