how to carry silver with adc

adc is a pretty hard role at the lower elo's because, you need a team to play adc efficiently. im not blaming my team for losing me games and there are times where i could be positioned better. like there are times when i just kick my laning opponents teeth in and get super fed. and suddenly a tank runs at me and kills me through my whole team. maybe its bad positioning? maybe its bad peel? idk but any feedback is appreciated. (wont respond to dumb shit)
