how to manipulate minion pathing?

any one knows how to manipulate the movement of the minion pathing? sometime there positioning really affects on my movement, since i cant walk through them unless i get phantom. but I want to have them be positioned certain way so that it be easier for me to poke. any idea how?

Draw their aggro and walk to the sides. Or stand in the path of your own and they have to walk around you (causing them to stutter in walking can lead to different positioning when they get to lane and start trading with the other minions)
