reactive pet peeves

I really cant stand reactive players and then they excuse them self with oh we are only this "elo" or w.e...I cant stand that self limiting mentality. other things like adc wait on support to be aa active. support waiting on cd to pressure, that goes for top jungle any toher lane too. or 5 people feel the need to sit at a tower defending waiting on mistakes going to be made. that's already putting one self in a losing situation letting others take control. just because there are other champs near the target doesn't mean they are in threat range to make plays.
