Getting more CS mid lane

I found that i can hit around 125-150 at 15minutes when playing Bot games.

On pvp games i struggle hard time to get 150 at 20minutes. I sat down and think why would it be...

In low ELO game like i am, people tend to fight all time... (that you know!) In fact my KDA isnt so bad usualy when i play mid, if i have only 100cs at 20, usually i have cuple kills going along with it.

But the main reason why it is people are magnet to mid and tend to always meet up mid and its not even 12 minutes mark yet... Then everyone converge like idiots in mid and you share your minions wave after wave. If you roam, people will go and get your minions even if its not close the the turret. You recall, the adc instead of heading back to his lane, will go shovel your stuff and camp your mid while his wave hitting his own turret...

The reason why i have poor CS isnt my ability to CS, it is because i'm always stuck sharing it.

Anyone found a tip to avoid this? If it's educate your teamate, NAH! they will always ''calm down lane phase is over'' ... hum??? ... ok! does it mean i can't cs? Lol, as Karthus (for example) i won't go myself on side lane far from turret...
