Need Tips for Toplane (Renekton mostly)

I got a few questions that I need to solve. I started playing Renekton duo some influences from my friends in LoL. The suggested me to play him and I can climb. I do well in lane, I know how to out trade champions now and when I hit level 9 I make sure to buy Greater Stealth Trinket to avoid getting caught. I usually place them deep in the river, my jungle and their own jungle, depending how pushed I am.

But my question is. When I take down the turret, should I push further or move to mid, but if mid is taken should I go bot? I've done this, but this leads to my turret to fall or should I try to get everyone's attention by pushing top and having my teammates to push their lanes? Or what I should be doing exactly?

As for teamfights. I'm playing Renekton and found it easier to fight their teams by sneaking behind them and gettting their squishies. ADC, support, APC. I tried standing with the team but their teams always peel hard, they had some wards placed, but not many times. I'm in Silver 4 right now. I was 4 days ago Silver 1. Bad stuff happened.

So, my question is overall, I wanna improve my toplane skills and it seems I'm rather succesful with Renekton and I've been a support main for a couple of years now.

you out trade most champions at early, then you shine mid, then you just fall off late, rene is one of those champions that need momentum to really take off and with how toxic his laning phase is, i can safely say that is easily achieved.

if you take down turret, continue to farm and harass the laner some more, if your in the river warding and you notice your mid is empty and you see a enemy pushing then you should pay mid a visit until your mid laner returns from death or roaming but if your already pushing to that destroyed tower don't even bother, just continue.

once your at that destoryed tower, your in their neighborhood, be very cautious and carefully study you mini map, if you notice that your top is gone and mid is gone, you don't see jungle (ask teammates if or not their jungler is on their side of the map), beat it if they have enough cc to just lock your down otherwise your double e should be enough, stop pushing after being lower then 30% health or else you'll be a magnet for their jungler.

by end game you just want to be a wall, sneak in, ult, have sunfire cape procing, q, double e to carry if possible and stun. rene is all about getting to the back lines while having pretty awesome aoe damage, with titanic hydra active (remember to click it first) you can activate its proc 3 times for the price of one enhanced w, that makes it a more then valuable item on him currently, with that active your damage well be pretty hard.. just don't build it right away cause its passive cleave scales with health, so that makes it a late-mid game buy.
