Assassin coaching

Hey guys I just wanted to ask for any advice on how to play an assassin. preferably in the jungle. I'd just like to try something new and completely different from my usual playstyle which is tank support/ tank jungler. Any help on itemization and more on choosing and attacking targets would be great
