Where is team builder?

So I've been playing the new champ select for a while and I thought it was really cool. For a few games. Eventually it's really started to irritate me because it's always putting me in support. I want to play jungle as well but I've only gotten it once after 5 games or so. The way the whole thing works I don't think I'll be getting jungle that often now so I don't know how I'm going to practice jungling. I was told you've gotten rid of team builder riot. Which I think is pretty dumb. If anything you should've gotten rid of blind pick instead. Bring team builder back. Use it to replace blind pick. Blind pick is a shitty system anyways

i'm a jungle main and i haven't queued into anything but jungle on the new champ select yet.

Well I'm a support main but I don't always want to play support. I play jungle too. But I'm always put in support even when I put jungle as my primary and fill as my secondary. Also I don't like blind pick because it's full of nothing but autolockers and people that connect in after I've called a lane and still claim they got the role because they don't want to listen
