Senpai plz help

Anyone wanna coach me. First of all I need help to practice my patience lol. I wanted to get Diana but I bought blitz rank at the 3150 ip mark. Also when im play wiTh my friends I often make more mistakes. For example I couldn't land half my pulls but there was also a draft pick where I played without skyping and I made this cork I fed. Plz teach more stuff. I'm a kid and I just want to be better so my freinds can't rlly make fun of me anymore on league, they aren't rlly making fun meh I'm not sure but plz Senpais teach me.
