For other AP supports, that is an excellent build. However, Janna doesn't need boots. Replace them with a Locket for even more buttons to press!
My Janna builds pretty much look like that, unless I'm playing team 5v5, in which case:

occasionally being subbed in. After I've upgraded everything and gotten a 6th item instead of pink wards, time for Elixir spam! 
(At level 18, you get 40 AP, 10% CDR, 235 HP and 15 AD.)
