High ELO queue

So with the recent turn of pro players heading into the TR for in house scrims, It kinda saddens me to know that the pro players will be playing away from the rest of the high elo players.

This is bad for the following reasons 1- Lowers exposure for potential new players, everyone retires and needs to be replaced at some point and if we ever want regions like EU and NA to grow their own tallent the tallent needs to be seen 2- Removes diversity from the queue, when you take all the rookies away from the pros the pros will only see inside their train of mind and may miss valuable picks and comps that they would otherwise see with the rest of the high elo group 3- Makes high elo queue even worse because you are taking the best players out of the group and having an even lower population matching to chose from. (leading to the need for auto fill)

SO I propose a solution

Once or twice a week at a set time for a period of hours the top 100 challenger players (and all pro players) access a unique ladder with special rewards ONLY obtainable in that ladder that resets each week- month or so. (Be it skins icons or other items)

This will 1- Bring more high elo players together for a period of time creating more interesting and fun games for the players (and for viewers of those players that stream) 2- Keep the best of our challenger players visible at the highest level of play and allow them to maybe learn something from playing with or against the pro players 3- Create a more competitive challenger league, people will actually want to be top 100 just so that they can play in the special queue 4- Allow playstyles and champions that are outside pro players pools to enter their field of view, we all know that each pro player learns a specific set of champions at a time and try to keep diverse but at the same time be really good at a few key champions. by introducing these playstyles to them they refresh on how to play with and against them and with them.
