as jungler best ganking level
i want to know what is the best and safest level for jg to gank.because sometimes i would get to arguement to the player who isn't playing safe for not ganking them early.I need ur tips guys.pls.

This is where you need to learn to read the enemy jungler and counter gank them. This is a skill I am not good at but I understand it. It is where you see your lane push and you know that they can be ganked. You wait in a bush waiting for the enemy jungler to gank and then you counter-gank them. I wish I had some pointers on how to do this well...but I still need to learn the skill myself.
Depends on the jungler. If you're playing someone who really needs level 6 for good ganks (rengar, diana, malphite, etc) then that's their fault, they should have enough game knowledge to know that they shouldn't expect an early gank and adjust their play accordingly. If you have a jungler who can do effective early ganks (gragas, elise, rek'sai, etc) then you should absolutely be ganking around level 3, especially if the enemy lane is pushed up. Make sure to gank with sufficient health and mana. Also, you have to be constantly aware of the enemy's level and farm level. If a solo laner has 2 levels on you and a ton of farm you will not be able to kill them by yourself even if they are low health.

You should almost always play safe while jungling, so Idk what you mean.
If they aren't playing safe, determine if you can get them back in the game with a gank, or if inking them will just end up with you giving an extra kill, then act. You can't really say for sure one way or another, it is really something you have to learn by trial and error.
