pvp kernel doesnt working

i've already tried everything on the boards of the summoners who's already fix this problem.all of it.not even single thing is working for me.and I've noticed that the problem wasn't responded by riot.this is pissing me off because i haven't played for legit 3 days and it feels like i want to punch someone in the face right now :(.pls give me the best solution...i'll give u the things that i already tried but not working: 1)run as admin NOPE 2)run as admin and repair NOPE 3)compatibility STILL NOPE 4)straight to RADS file NAWH STILL NOPE 5)uninstall and re-install and re do all the things of the above NOPE 6)fcuk my life idk what to do anymore....buy an new pc?still thinkin about it but theres should be another way u guys could think about it...pls help..appreciate it....:)
