AD tank Rengar

Hey guys I just bought Rengar and I have played him a couple times when he was free so I have some experience with him. What I'd like to know now is how to tank him but still do significant damage. I've been told a cdr tank is the best I could go but I still don't really know much. The tank items I've put on his item list for Rengar is Randuin'ss(or Sunfire) and spirit visage. The rest of the items are black cleaver, Youmuu's and Stalker's Blade with the warrior enchantment. Boots are still a question right now I'm trying out Ionian boots of lucidity but that is just a test. Is there anything in my build that i can change or replace with a better weapon. I'm also thinking of Hydra instead of Youmuu's

Anywho, the main priority of Fighter Rengar is to maximize the time he has on the battlefield by the quality of his time. To rephrase, CDR Tank itemization makes sense on Rengar because this gives you the tankiness you need to live long and the ability spamming to make your time worth it.

With this in mind, your CDR itemizations can be summed up with: item 3142 - item 3172 - item 3071 - item 3158 - item 3110 - item 3065 - item 3190

From the most offensive in nature to the most defensive in nature.

Also, unless the enemy team really, really, does not have any CC, I almost always recommend running Tenacity on Fighters: item 3172 - item 3111 - item 3709

Once you have Tenacity and 40% CDR, the rest is just stat items really.
