Carrying myself out of "elo hell"

after getting trolled hard in placements i once again find myself in s3 and i find the need to carry myself out. Ok, so I main jungles like Lee sin, sejuani, vi. I go far positive almost every game, as well as push objectives and put pressure to draw them from other objectives, and as tank i make the right initiates; However when i try to get my teams to push an advantage they refuse and wind up costing the game with their hesitations or bad decisions. Any tips on how to carry, how to get people to listen, or who to carry as because right now my champs aren't cutting it. I managed to carry myself up to s2 after ages of playing sejuani, galio mid, and amumu; but I want to make it to gold finally this season. you can check out my scores on league - Husee But I would like some people input on what I should do about this issue.

you want advice.. here it is.. dont talk too much in chat.. when someone messes up.. dont harass them about it.. when you mute someone .. tell them .. or just say you muted them.. and dont worry about about (why mute?) If people are too busy complaining to each other...... then they are not playing the game.. to reduce them from complaining mute them..... make your chat box smaller .. i have my chat box almost where i cant read it.. and sometimes when i am having a good game i look down and realize people have been complaining about me because i dont baby sit them..

i like playing support.. because its fun.. but i have more wins mid because i dont feed.. but i see you dont have a feeding problem.. but most mid laners do..

find a person that plays annie mid.. and you can be J4... just flag and drag and annie will stun and thats it.... just scoop up kills till the other person disconnects..

i can have and will make plat on this account this season.. once i level it..

what i do to level my account .. i made a graph of what time i played and was the game a win or loss.. then i focused on the time that i was winning ranked as the only time i played rank... because i am going to be honest.. east coast ping is horrible.. but if you are east coast going against west coast people.. its really hard to compete.
here is what i found out from playing .. 0300 - 1100: win 1100 - 1300: loss 1300 - 1600: win 1600 - 1900: loss 1900 - 2200: win 2200 - 0300: loss... After the schools let out is the most frustrating part of the day.. if you are in school... i recommend waking up early on sat and sunday and playing with more mature people and getting on a normal schedule. dont underestimate the power of a good nights rest...

the words "just one more" could be the difference between gold and bronze..

dont lie to people.. i am not saying tell the truth.. i am saying there is no reason to lie.. or even talk to people..

and if you say you are S3 and i look you up and see B2 .. that is not starting a conversation off right..

read patch notes and see what is going to happen to the champs and understand why

watch the LCS.. why .. because all the wanna be's watch it and they will pick those champs and you will see people do specific ward patterns .. learn from these ward patterns and figure out why they do it there.. also if you figure out how to counter whats popular then you should be good... i am not saying counter pick i am saying beat them with the champ you know how to beat them with..
